HOWTO: Create and Provision 14 days Planner Tenant Customer Experience

Overview

This guide shows the steps required to create the "Provision CDX 14 Days DemoNow tenant" CDX Customer Experience and provision it with the Planner Premium demo data using Project Data Suite.

Pre-requisites

1. Access to Microsoft Customer Digital Experiences (CDX)
2. Access to Project Data Suite 

Creating Planner Demo Experience

1. Navigate to https://transform.microsoft.com
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
3. Navigate to Tools - Microsoft Customer Digital Experiences and click Launch link
   
4. In a Search box, input "Planner" and press the Enter button
   
5. In Search results, click the View experience button on a "Microsoft Planner demo-14 DAY TENANT DURATION" tile
   
6. In the Customer Details section, search for or create a new Customer

7. In the Tenant details section, click the Start demo button
   
8. Wait for tenant creation
   
9. Tenant is created, and demo credentials are available
    

Provision Demo Image

1. Navigate to https://app.pdms.io
2. Click Login - Login with Microsoft Account and complete the authentication. Make sure the USA location is selected.
   
3. Under Provision, select the "Provision CDX 14 Days DemoNow tenant" option, then copy-paste CDX tenant admin user credentials and click the Login button
   
   
   
4. Wait for authentication completion
   
   
   
5. Once the provision process starts, it will take from 20 to 60 minutes to complete. You can safely navigate away or close the browser tab or window; the process will continue in the background, and the progress or the results will be shown when you access Project Data Suite next time.
   
6. Once the provision process is completed, the demo data is ready to use.
